What other costs are there? Is it really just $20?!

The program cost only $20 as a one-time fee. As with any website, you will have to purchase a domain name, which should cost you about $10/yr. You will also need to set up your own web hosting. That can cost from $5-$20/month. If that scares you at all, we offer a preferred hosting company that will host your site for under $7/month and they do everything to set your site up for you.

How much technical knowledge do I need?

If you can send an email and follow directions, you can handle this easily. We spent a great deal of time creating an easy set of instructions that will literally walk you right through the creation and installation of your very own EZ20Now website. It is very easy to understand and anyone can do it.

How does EZ20Now create traffic and sales for my site?

After your site is built, you must register your site with EZ20Now. After you do this, EZ20Now will check for a few critical files on your server to make sure you have the program installed correctly and that the file structure is intact. Assuming you have installed the site correctly, or if you let our hosting partner install your site for you (recommended), your site will go on a random rotation on the company's home page. We take no sales directly and will forward all potential sales to member sites. This means that at any given time, your link could be clicked on the parent site: EZ20now.com. We cannot guarantee any traffic or sales since it is a randomization, but it could mean a great deal of traffic and potentially sales.

If there are no commissions are paid, how can you keep the program running?

EZ20Now has worked out some affiliate agreements in selected areas that pay EZ20Now a small amount, but enough to maintain the program. There will be many owners of the program that will probably make more money than we will, but we ultimately want everyone to be successful. If you aren't successful, we can't continue to support the program.

Do you have an autoresponder program available if I purchase the program?

We are currently developing our own autoresponder that will be pre-loaded with pre-written emails that you will be able to use to follow up with your prospects. Most sales take 7-8 contacts from the seller. This will allow you to exponentially grow your sales. This service should be available soon and it will be much more affordable than some of the standard services available on the web right now. STAY TUNED!

Can you guarantee my success?

This, like nearly any business, will give you back exactly what you put into it. IF you work hard, it will reward you will. One of our favorite quotes about any type of work-at-home business says, "If you treat it like a business, it will pay you like a business!" We cannot guarantee anything as we don't know if you will put in any work to make it happen. Please understand we will never bill this as a "get rich quick" program. While we think you can make a very substantial supplemental income, it will require work, some intuition, and maybe even some luck. If you can use the tools we provide to you and be aggressive, this program could be very lucrative, but it is entirely up to you - we cannot guarantee anything.

After purchase

I have purchased the program, but I haven't received anything yet . . .

After your purchase, you should have seen a "Return To Merchant" link. You may have simply forgotten to click on that link to take you back to your download. If you can send a copy of your PayPal (or other payment service) receipt and the website you purchased from to support(at)ez20now.com, we can help you get back to your download. Be advised that some payment processors will not send you to your download if you used an e-check to pay for your program. You will have to wait for your check to clear with the processor.

I received the .rar file, but I can't open it. How can I open this file.

This is a form of file compression similar to .zip files. Some browsers may ask you if you want to "RUN" this file. It is NOT EXECUTABLE and you cannot run it. It must be saved to your hard drive somewhere so it can be decompressed. EZ20now.com has a program called 7-zip that can extract this file so you can access all your information. It is available at ez20now.com/extra/7-zip.exe. It is an executable file and your browser may warn you about downloading the file, but we can assure you it is a safe file and it will help you open the file you received with your purchase.

Do I have to use PayPal to process payments?

The setup instructions and site files are built around PayPal as a payment processor, but others can be used. Our recommended hosting company will install AlertPay as a payment gateway for you if you need that. Any processor could conceivably be used, but special care must be taken to make sure that the customer is returned to the correct page upon completion of the payment. Currently, Twin Tech Hosting (our preferred hosting company is trying to find a way to support many different payment processors. As these options become available, you will be informed of new options.

Do I have to install my customers' websites?

Absolutely not. As you will see in your installation instructions, anyone can do this. The program is designed to be as automated as possible so that you can concentrate on marketing, not installing.

What type of marketing material will you provide for me?

There are a ton of marketing materials offered upon purchase of the site. Products and services offered include, but are not limited to, pre-written marketing emails, professional banner ads, a series of text ads that can be used in forums or at as email signatures, safelists, traffic exchanges, small business/self-employment forums, and search engine submission tools for your website.

How do I set up my autoresponder?

If you purchased from a site that was built with an opt-in page (an autoresponder program), chances are that site is hosted independently and that is a service that member added themselves. This is not an option that is included with the purchase of the EZ20Now program. EZ20Now will be offering an autoresponder service for its customers very soon. That will be a nominal extra charge, but it will help everyone's effectiveness greatly. We look forward to launching this partnership soon.

I didn't receive my pre-written emails . . .

Installation

I have my .rar file, but I am a little overwhelmed - can you help me?

We wrote the installation instructions to be as simple as possible, but we understand that even some of the language may present certain challenges for someone to install their site if they have never done this before. That is why we partnered with Twin Tech Hosting to provide an affordable solution for our customers. They will take most of the confusion out of your launch. How long does it take for TwinTechHosting to launch our site?

Twin Tech Hosting can often have sites up within 24 hours of the time that you register with them (after your purchase). This process can take up to 3 days. If you fail to fill out the form that PayPal sends you back to, the building of your site may be delayed even further. If you don't remember filling out a form on Twin Tech Hosting's site after your purchase, send a copy of your PayPal receipt to support (a) twin-techhosting.com and they will point you in the right direction.

Do I have to use Twin Tech Hosting to host my site?

Absolutely not. Twin Tech Hosting is merely a recommended host for our members. However, you are granted many extras by virtue of using Twin Tech Hosting. You receive constant support, access to any recent changes to the program, and you site is guaranteed to be built properly or they will fix it right away - and all at a VERY reasonable and competitive price. With the rash of poorly built member sites by owners who choose to host their own site, we heavily recommend Twin Tech. It makes support provided by EZ20Now much more effective.

Twin Tech Hosting says they can't install my site because my "name servers" are wrong - what do I need to do?

You will need to log in to the company that you purchased your domain name from. In the settings/management of your domain name, there will be a setting for "name servers", "DNS", "Domain Name Service", or something similar. This is what tells the rest of the world where your site is physically hosted at. If these are not set right, your site cannot be built because nobody would ever be able to find your site until these are corrected. They need to be set to "ns1.twintechhosting.com" and "ns2.twintechhosting.com". any support available with the company where you purchased can help you. They get that question frequently. Often, they will set them for you if you ask.

Twin Tech Hosting's site appears to be under construction - are they going to be able to install my site?

Twin Tech Hosting is currently developing their retail side of the company. They have been in business for over five years as part of a web development company (twin-tech.biz). They are fully capable of taking care of you and your site. They can be contacted at support(at)twin-tech.biz.

Will I be able to set up my own email, view my traffic, etc.?

If you purchased your hosting with Twin Tech Hosting, you should have received information after your site was built regarding access to your control panel. From there, you can set up email accounts, check your site traffic, and MUCH MUCH MORE. Let Twin Tech Hosting know if you haven't received this information yet. If you retained hosting elsewhere, you should have access to similar information with your current hosting company.

Why doesn't my terms and conditions page work?

By mistake, we had some sites that were built either without a terms and condition page or with a bad link to this page. With our apologies, the information can be found here: www.ez20now.com/terms.htm.

Why don't I have the audio file on my site?

Our recommended hosting company, twintechhosting.com, purchased that professional voice-over for the site as an incentive for their customers from the EZ20Now program. It is exclusively for their customers. Any site not hosted with twintechhosting.com that is using the audio file will be considered "out of compliance" and will be added to our "black list" of non-compliant sites.

Can I use my site to market other businesses I have?

We generally discourage marketing other programs, but we won't stop anyone either. The only issue the EZ20Now administration is concerned about is that the content of the site remains the same and that the core business model of the program isn't changed. If you choose to add a banner ad, or an affiliate link, that is great. If you choose to give away the program as a benefit to joining another program, that is not recommended and we will place your site on a "black list" that is currently in development

What kind of changes to the site can I make?

You are free to add other marketing material, add your own affiliate links, even change backgrounds and such. All that EZ20Now requires is that you keep the same basic premise for the site and the program, and that you DO NOT change the file structure of the site. We receive emails daily from individuals who claim they have not received their download. After they send us their receipt and the domain name they purchased from, we have to be able to send them to the correct page for their download on your site. If you have moved your files, your customers cannot retrieve their download and we will be forced to add you to a "black list" of non-compliant sites. If we cannot support your site, we cannot recommend that anyone purchase from you.

I never received my pre-written e-mails or my free vacation . . .

You MUST register your site with EZ20Now to take advantage of these extra tools. If you did register with us, or if you used Twin Tech Hosting to host your site, You should have received an email from us with the download links to these extra gifts from EZ20Now. Some of these emails have been known to end up in a "Junk" mail folder. If you cannot locate your downloads, send an email to support(at)ez20now.com along with a copy of your receipt where you purchased the program. After your site is verified as a registered site, we will send you the links to your download.

Is there any phone support available?

At this time, there is no phone support available. We apologize that we cannot offer this at this time.

Is EZ20Now available in countries other than the United States?

EZ20Now is currently available only in English. We have seen MANY registered members from overseas though. There have been a lot from the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, etc. Given the global market that is the internet, EZ20Now is absolutely global and growing fast. The only limitations to the program are the currencies accepted by the various payment processing companies.

How can I make PayPal show a business name instead of my email address when someone purchases the program from me?

There is nothing EZ20Now or TwinTechHosting (or any hosting company) can do to change this. This is a function of PayPal. There is a way to submit a business name to PayPal. When payments are made, PayPal searches to see if they have a business name registered to your email address. That is how it is displayed. Please search PayPal for further details.
